Economist, Sales, Marketing, Designer, Trainer, Programmer
No, I don't have any degree in Design or Information Technology. I have graduated from Faculty of Economics with degree in Economics and Development Studies. So, I should be an Economist, right? But because my strong interest and passion in Information Technology and Design makes me develop my abilities and knowledge in both fields. The economy topics that I've learned helped me to see the global view of business. So, I don't leave it behind at all.
I have worked with a company that specialise in IT solution, in Sales & Marketing division. It brought me experience in communication, negotiation, presentation, planning, and IT knowledge. It also influenced me to understanding the marketing world. Understanding sales & marketing is the important thing to do because these fields are basic of every business.
Then I started to learn graphic design, multimedia and web. As a self learner, I found many difficulty to understand the new topics. But I've made it. I have opportunity to teach in multimedia, web and graphic design for school of computer graphics. The opportunity to interact with creative persons has influenced my aesthetic, design concept and visual element applications.
It's not enough to understand web & multimedia in design aspect. You must understand the technical aspect. Then, I studied in computer programming. Understanding the program logic helped me to implement dynamic site and interactive multimedia.
Here I am, with combinations of economist, sales, designer, trainer and programmer. These aspects gives me a unique holistic approach to my current project
